Our Future Club Leaders Program is designed to put you ahead of the crowd!

Delivered over 12 months, this course will help propel you into a Management or an Executive role within the Club Industry. On completion of the Future Club Leaders Program you will receive a Nationally Recognised Qualification in Diploma of Leadership and Management – BSB50420.

This course provides a platform for you to create strong network ties within the industry, hear from industry experts and help you develop crucial skills to assist you in the years ahead. The connections you form with your fellow trainees over the duration of the six months will prove critical to your future success.

For successful graduates, one of the major advantages of completing this program is the recognition of the program by Southern Cross University. Depending on the major chosen by the participant, the university provides advanced standing from up to 50 per cent of the required units of competency towards a Bachelor of Business.

This course has a standard enrolment fee of $6,500 per person. Funding may be available for eligible Apprentices and Trainees who are Full Time Employees (and have been employed for less than 3 months) or Part Time Employees (working a minimum of 21 hours a week and have been employed for less than 12 months).
