Barringtons have designed VIP Host Management to enhance your leadership skills while building your service standards and understanding of loyalty programs. The VIP Host Management Program combines accredited and non-accredited training, which means that successful graduates will receive a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB40520) as well as an industry recognised Certificate in VIP Host Management.
This course suits those already working in the club or hotel industry and is ideal for upskilling the following roles:
- General Manager or CEO
- Operations Manager
- Gaming Manager/Coordinator/Analyst
- Membership Manager/Coordinator
- Loyalty Program Manager/Coordinator
- Duty Manager/Supervisor with gaming/customer service portfolio
- Gaming Team Leader/Customer Service Team Leader
This course has a standard enrolment fee of $6,500 per person. Funding may be available for eligible Apprentices and Trainees who are Full Time Employees (and have been employed for less than 3 months) or Part Time Employees (working a minimum of 21 hours a week and have been employed for less than 12 months).
