Our Visionary Leadership is an accredited advanced Leadership and Management course.
The program takes a closer look at cognitive communication skills used to identify, analyse and synthesise information. Additionally, this training helps students learn how to use their creative and conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives in order to respond to complex problems.
The qualification obtained in Be Trained by Barringtons’ Visionary Leadership (Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management BSB60420) is most suitable for professionals currently working in a management role. These are employees that assist in guiding and supporting other staff members while maintaining and accounting for their own actions. Their duties may also include monitoring the output of personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.
The course itself addresses key areas of competency for any leader, including:
- Building a customer focus
- Showing leadership in your workgroup
- Ensuring improved work performances
- Promoting team effectiveness
- Measuring and optimising customer satisfaction
Through the completion of 12 course units, all participants will obtain the above skills and more over 12 to 24 months. Participants in the course will work alongside their peers from other industry businesses, allowing them to build a strong network while obtaining critical skills. The training itself will be delivered in a combination of in-person sessions and self-paced learning with implementation in the workplace. Face-to-face training will be conducted at designated registered clubs. Completing all course units and workplace assessments will result in an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management BSB61015.

This course has a standard enrolment fee of $6,500 per person. Funding may be available for eligible Apprentices and Trainees who are Full Time Employees (and have been employed for less than 3 months) or Part Time Employees (working a minimum of 21 hours a week and have been employed for less than 12 months).
