This bespoke program is part of our ClubAdvanced Suite and is designed to equip staff to use generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini effectively and responsibly at work. Participants will explore large language models, prompt engineering, and real-world applications to boost productivity, creativity, and decision-making across roles like HR, marketing, and customer service.
Through hands-on activities, the course builds confidence in ethical and secure AI use aligned with organisational values.

No prior learning is required to participate in this program.
Students are asked to bring a laptop or tablet and charger for use during the training. If you do not have access to a suitable device, please speak with our team during the enrolment process to discuss alternative arrangements.
This qualification will be delivered through face-to-face workshops.

- build confidence in using generative AI tools to enhance productivity, creativity, and communication.
- Use AI tools ethically to support compliance, fairness, and data security
- recognise AI risks like bias, misinformation, and privacy issues, and follow protocols to manage them
- master prompt engineering basics to create accurate, high-quality AI outputs for workplace tasks
- explore how to use AI Projects and Rules to organise, automate, and manage multi-step work processes.

While this course is not nationally accredited, students will receive a Certificate of Completion to acknowledge their learning and support their professional development. For those who successfully complete both training days and the assessment, credit of work may be applied toward relevant qualifications or units when studying with Be Trained by Barringtons.
