BE TRAINED

This training is ideal for leaders, duty managers, and HR coordinators in hospitality venues and NSW clubs who oversee teams, operations, and key HR functions. It equips participants with practical skills and current knowledge to manage staff confidently, maintain compliance, and build a high-performing, service-driven culture.

No prior learning is required to participate in this program.

Students are asked to bring a laptop or tablet and charger for use during the training. If you do not have access to a suitable device, please speak with our team during the enrolment process to discuss alternative arrangements.

This qualification will be delivered through face-to-face workshops.

NSW

2 day course (7 hours per day)

Key topics include but are not limited to:

• strengthen understanding of compliance obligations and best practices in performance management
• gain awareness of recent changes in industrial relations and how to apply them in daily operations
• build practical skills in recruitment, selection, and effective onboarding of new team members
• explore the role of emerging technologies, including AI tools, in modern recruitment processes
• enhance communication, leadership and onboarding approaches to support engagement and retention

While this course is not nationally accredited, students will receive a Certificate of Completion to acknowledge their learning and support their professional development. For those who successfully complete both training days and the assessment, credit of work may be applied toward relevant qualifications or units when studying with Be Trained by Barringtons.

This course has a standard enrolment fee of $1500 + GST  per person.
