Course Overview
The gaming industry in NSW is evolving, and it is crucial for Club Directors to keep pace with these changes. As part of the 1 July 2023 gaming reforms, all Club Directors of venues with gaming machines must complete approved training by 30 June 2025. This new requirement is designed to ensure venues are equipped to effectively manage their responsibilities and minimise gambling harm.

Students are asked to bring a laptop or tablet and charger for use during the training. If you do not have access to a suitable device, please speak with our team during the enrolment process to discuss alternative arrangements.
This qualification will be delivered through face-to-face and virtual workshops.

- A high-level understanding of how to minimise gambling harm at your venue.
- Confidence to meet compliance requirements effectively.
