Audience

With employees spending a significant portion of their lives at work, employers play a pivotal role in shaping their well-being, influencing not only their physical health but also their mental and emotional resilience.

A NSW Government survey into Australian workers has revealed a high and increasing level of psychosocial harm in the workplace with more than two-thirds of respondents indicating they had experienced bullying at work in the past year.

Recent changes to the WHS Act has defined ‘health’ as both physical and psychological health, meaning employers have a legal requirement to manage psychosocial risks in the workplace.

This course is designed for staff and managers.
