The aim of this course is to build resilience and mental health awareness among hospitality staff in registered clubs. This two hour program focuses on the everyday pressures of club work, including customer interactions, fast paced environments, and the personal toll of stress. Designed for staff across all roles, it provides practical strategies to manage challenges, recognise early signs of burnout, and support one another. By combining interactive learning with real workplace scenarios, the course helps participants strengthen coping skills, promote psychological safety, and contribute to a culture of care and wellbeing.

Course Information

Frontline hospitality staff often work in fast paced, high pressure environments where daily interactions and operational demands can directly impact their wellbeing. Managing stress, coping with challenging customer situations, and supporting colleagues through workplace pressures are all part of their role.

 

Hospitality workers are more likely than other industries to experience fatigue, stress, and exposure to difficult situations, making resilience, mental health awareness, and peer support essential skills.

 

This course is designed for hospitality staff across all roles in registered clubs.

No entry requirements

Students are asked to bring a laptop or tablet and charger for use during the training. If you do not have access to a suitable device, please speak with our team during the enrolment process to discuss alternative arrangements.

  • Reconise signs of trauma,burnout, and compassion fatigue
