Course Overview
Our AML and CTF Compliance training is a practical program for groups of 10-20 staff in Australian hospitality and gaming venues. Aligned with AML/CTF reforms effective 31 March 2026, it supports mandatory regular compliance training required every 6-12 months.

Audience
This course is designed to suit Gaming and hospitality staff, supervisors and duty managers in venues, senior leadership with governance responsibilities and AML/CTF Compliance officers.
Job Outcomes
The aim of this course is to equip hospitality and gaming venue staff with the practical knowledge and confidence to identify, document and report suspicious activity, understand their AML/CTF obligations and maintain ongoing compliance with AUSTRAC requirements.

No entry requirements
Students are asked to bring a laptop or tablet and charger for use during the training. If you do not have access to a suitable device, please speak with our team during the enrolment process to discuss alternative arrangements.
This qualification will be delivered through face-to-face workshops or virtually.

How money laundering and terrorism financing can occur in venue operations
- How to identify suspicious behaviour and respond appropriately
- Observing, documenting and reporting concerns
- How to gain clarity on due diligence and AUSTRAC obligations
