No entry requirements
Students are asked to bring a laptop or tablet and charger for use during the training. If you do not have access to a suitable device, please speak with our team during the enrolment process to discuss alternative arrangements.
This qualification will be delivered through face-to-face workshops or virtually.

Workplace professionalism and effective communication
Emotional intelligence and self-awareness
Understanding personality styles (DISC)
Managing conflict with customers and teams
Working with multi-generational teams
Stress management and staying composed
Practical skills through roleplay and real-world scenarios
